All of The Neuro Hub members are registered with major medical aids and are able to submit claims on your behalf.

All members of The Neuro Hub team charge different rates which are either medical aid rates or above medical aid rates. Please contact the relevant healthcare professional to discuss their rates.

We are very happy for your loved ones to join your sessions. Your family members will be involved in your session as much as possible and they will be shown how to support you and continue with your therapy at home. 

Therapy sessions are between 50 - 60 minutes.

All appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours before your appointment.

You do not need to attend all therapies. Recommendations will be made as to which therapies you would benefit from in various stages in your rehabilitation and you may decide which therapies you attend.

Yes. If you are attending more than one therapy and would like to have all of your therapy one one day we will try our best to schedule your appointments one after another, however each practice functions independently and this may not always be possible.
